Refunds
- Refund will only be applicable when we come to your location & check if the card or key fob we copied is found to be faulty.
- You must inform us within 5 days of your purchase for us to resolve this issue in a timely manner.
- Any refund requests for key copying over 5 days of purchase will be non-refundable.
- A $50 call out fee will be charged if the key copy or Key fob or card is found to be working.
- We do not accept mailing or posting of items to alleviate loss or non-delivery.
- Original fob key must be presented at the time of key cloning or key duplicating.
- This call out service is only available after 6pm on weekdays and during business hours on
6 Months replacement guarantee
- You must show the text or booking email at the time asking for a replacement.
- 6 months replacement guarantee only applies if you have paid full price for your fob copy in Sydney.
- Call out fees of $50 will still apply.
- Replacement only applies if the original key card or key fob is working and the duplicate has died.
